This store is operated by DS1 COLLECTABLES LTD, company number 17494267, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 1A Taylors Road, Stotfold, Hitchin, England, SG5 4AZ.

Our shop and collection address is Unit 1B Fen End, Stotfold, SG5 4BA. Email: ds1collectablesuk@gmail.com. Collection is by appointment between 9am and 3pm; please arrange a time before travelling.

Products and condition

Read the listing, stated condition and photographs before ordering. Listings identify the item, language, edition and grade where relevant. Photographs identified as the actual item form part of its description; any stock or illustrative images will be identified as such. Please ask if you need further photographs or information.

Sealed trading-card products contain random cards. No particular pull, rarity, future market value or future grading result is promised unless expressly stated in the listing. Graded items are sold with the grade and grading company stated; a different result on regrading or crossover is not guaranteed. This does not affect your right to receive genuine goods that match their description.

Ordering and payment

Choose your items, review your basket, select an available delivery or collection option and check your contact and address details before submitting payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The total payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown before you pay. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We acknowledge receipt by email and accept your order when we send a dispatch or ready-for-collection confirmation. If we cannot accept an order because stock is unavailable or there is a genuine listing error, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment taken. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Delivery and collection

We currently offer UK delivery and free collection by appointment. Delivery services, charges, estimates and arrangements are set out in our Shipping policy. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date. Goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy explains your cancellation rights, return arrangements and refunds, including how handling that reduces an item's value may affect a change-of-mind refund. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain in place. Sale items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items.

Privacy and website use

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is used. Please provide accurate order details and keep any account login information secure. Do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

DS1 Collectables is an independent retailer. Pokémon and other product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use to identify products does not imply that we are the brand owner or an officially endorsed store.

Questions, complaints and your rights

For an order query or complaint, email ds1collectablesuk@gmail.com with your order details and the issue, or write to our registered office. We will review the matter and work with you to resolve it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. We remain responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain applicable mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction. The terms applying when you place your order govern that order; later changes will not remove rights attached to it.
