Dispatch and delivery
We will email you when your order is dispatched and provide tracking details. The estimates above describe the delivery service and are not a promise of same-day dispatch or arrival by a particular date. Please email us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Any separately agreed delivery date will take precedence.
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting your order. We will contact you if a delay affects your order. Your statutory rights if delivery is late are unaffected.
Please check your delivery address before paying and arrange for someone to receive a signed-for parcel. If your parcel is missing, damaged or delayed, contact us at ds1collectablesuk@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier; you do not have to pursue the carrier yourself. The goods remain our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession.
Free collection
